Lemoncello cheesecake smoothie

Method

 
1. Using either a hand-blender or a liquidiser blend all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into two glasses and top with the crumbled ginger biscuits. Serve immediately.

50ml natural yogurt
2 tbsp soft mascarpone cheese
10ml vanilla syrup
25ml lemoncello
25ml double cream

To serve

2-3 ginger biscuits, crumbled
