Wasabi and ginger flavour this lightening quick starter from Nic Watt
Ingredients
Method
1. Arrange the salmon sashimi slices in a single layer on the plate. Mix the wasabi into the soy sauce and drizzle over the fish. Lay over the fresh ginger slivers and chives.2. Mix both oils in a small pan and over a high heat. Ladle the hot oil over the sashimi slices to sear them.
3. Finish with a sprinkle of mixed salad and serve immediately with wedges of lime.
