Sticky nuts

Method

 
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6. Spread the nuts out on a baking tray and roast for 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add the roasted nuts to the saucepan and mix until well coated. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly before serving.

225g unsalted mixed nuts
2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
25g Butter
pinch Cumin
pinch garlic salt
pinch celery salt
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch Salt
