Made this for my boyfriend last night as he loves Mexican food and he thought it was amazing. Loads of fresh flavours. I added the chopped corriander to the salad and it tasted yum. I also cooked the chicken breasts on my George Forman grill and they came out perfect, lovely and moist. The lime mayo was a lovely refreshing change from sour cream. Thanks for this recipe, I will definately make this one again. MEL
