Shucked warmed oysters with scrambled eggs in the shell

Method

 
1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the beaten eggs and oysters and stir over a medium heat until the eggs are cooked through.

2. To serve: arrange the oysters and egg mixture in the oyster shells and serve straight away.
