Method

 
1. Shred the cabbage, carrot and onions and mix together in a bowl.

2. Add the sugar and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix well before serving.

I know this is easy to make but this was the first time i had made my own coleslaw. much better with homemade mayo too. Ive since added all sorts to it for a bit of a change, even a yogurt and mint one that went really well with Mikes healthy lamb burgers!
