Nell Nelson makes traditional porridge, using the recipe by World Champion Porridge Maker, Lynn Benge. A fabulously tasty and healthy way to start the day
Method
1. Put the oatmeal, water and milk into a medium pan.2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
3. Add the butter and salt and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. If it is too thick, add more water as required.
4. Serve immediately.
