Alan Coxon's tasty hot chilli sauce will add a deliciously piquant kick to all sorts of savoury foods

 

Piri piri chilli sauce

Method

 
1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth paste.

2. Heat a pan over medium heat and when hot add the paste and cook for 2-3 minutes over a high heat.

3. Place into a sterilised jar to store.

4 Chillies
1 lemon, juice only
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Salt
