Olly Smith's fruity punch, laced with Drambuie and sherry is perfect for a winter drinks party

Ingredients

  • 200ml cider
  • 115ml Drambuie
  • 115ml dry Sherry
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 230ml soda water
  • 3 Apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp freshly grated Nutmeg

Method

1. Combine the cider, Drambuie, sherry, lemon juice and soda in a large punch bowl and stir well.

2. Add a large block of ice and the sliced apples. Sprinkle nutmeg across the top, and serve in small punch cups.
