Olly Smith blends creme de cacao, sweet sherry, rum and pineapple to create a deliciously sweet aperitif
Ingredients
- 30ml white crème de cacao
- 30 ml sweet Sherry
- 15 ml white rum
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp tinned pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp grenadine
Method
1. Blend the ingredients in a highball glass until smooth.2. Add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry, and serve with straws.
