Barbecue halloumi
Method
2. For the coleslaw, finely slice the onion, celery, carrot and chilli. Combine them with the lime and mayonnaise and toss together with the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve the grilled halloumi with a generous helping of coleslaw.

12 pieces halloumi cheese3 tbsp jerk seasoning
Olive oil
For the coleslaw
1 red onion1 head Celery
2 Carrots
1 red bird's eye chillies
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
25g Peanuts, toasted
1 handful bean sprouts
1 lime, juice only
3 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
