Apple and pear crumble with cheese
Method
2. Rub in the butter until the mixture has an even crumbly texture. Stir in the cheese.
3. To make the filling, melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the apples and pears.
4. Stir in the sugar and cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
5. Spoon the fruit into a pie dish.
6. Sprinkle over the crumble topping and bake for 25 minutes until the topping is golden brown. Serve with custard, cream, or ice cream.

50g Butter
50g Wensleydale cheese, crumbled
For the filling
50g Butter700g dessert apples, peeled, quartered
2 large Pears, peeled, quartered
50g caster sugar
