For a pretty champagne cocktail, try this delicious combination of pink fizz, gin and rose syrup from Wayne Collins

1. Place a handful of crushed ice into a jug. Add the gin, orange liqueur and rose syrup and stir well.2. Pour the Champagne into a flute glass and strain the spirit mixture over the Champagne. Decorate with a rose petal and serve.
