For a sweet treat without any guilt, try Owen Rossen's soy and banana ice cream. It is a cinch to make as there is no churning needed

Ingredients

  • 500ml Soya milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 tbsp artificial sweetener, such as Splenda

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 3 minutes until very smooth.

2. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-proof container and freeze until firm.

Didn't like this recipe, froze solid and I couldn't even get it out of the carton, I chucked it away. Waste of ingredients.

Yes it does, you blend the ingredients and then freeze it!

This is a ridiculous recipe!!!! It gives no implication as to what you have to do to make ice cream!!!! I am appalled!!!!!!!
