For an easy accompaniment to all manner of dishes, try Drew Rosen's garlic and onion-flecked bulgur wheat
Ingredients
- 200g Bulgur wheat
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
Method
1. Put the bulgur wheat in a shallow dish and stir in the onions and garlic.2. Pour in enough boiling water to completely cover the wheat and leave to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
