Spiced chicken fingers

Method

 
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6. Cut the chicken into strips.

2. Mix the garlic, paprika and black pepper together.

3. Roll the chicken strips in the oatmeal and place on a baking tray. Spray the chicken with low-fat cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or so, until cooked through. Serve with salad.

3 x 175g chicken breasts
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp oatmeal
