2 large Apples, unpeeled quartered with cores
1 carrot, unpeeled, halved lengthways
2 celery sticks
1 small Beetroot, unpeeled, quartered
1 handful spinach leaves
25g root ginger
1/2 unwaxed lemon, peeled
