Ingredients
- 250g fresh Tofu
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- dash of Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp light Soy sauce
- 1 Spring onion, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- handful Coriander, chopped
- steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Method
1. Place the tofu on a plate and steam in a bamboo steamer for 2 minutes.2. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok.
3. Add the soy sauce, spring onion, chilli and coriander, and heat through for about 30 seconds.
4. Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu and serve at once with steamed jasmine rice.
