Prawn and mozzarella croissants
Method

1 tbsp Olive oil1 garlic clove, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1 tsp finely chopped root ginger
squeeze lime juice
200g king prawns, shelled, cooked
1/2 tbsp chopped Coriander
500g buffalo mozzarella cheese, torn into small pieces
4 butter croissants
