Dried fruit and grapefruit smoothie

Method

 
1. Put the dried fruits into a liquidiser and pour over the grapefruit juice. Blend until everything has combined before adding the milk. Process once again until it's completely smooth.

2. Coat a spoonful of yogurt around the inside of 2 tall glasses. Pour in the fruit mixture and serve straight away.

Ingredients

25g dried figs
50g ready-to-eat dried prunes
25g sultanas
50g ground almonds
1 Grapefruit, juice only
350ml Milk
30ml Greek yogurt
