Method

Whisk the egg in a bowl using the Braun whisk attachment. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and fold together with the whisk.

While whisking slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry until you have a smooth batter mix. Heat a non stick omelette pan on a high temperature and test with a small drop of batter mix. Once the pan is hot enough add a small ladle of mixture and allow the batter to cook. Bubbles will start to appear on the surface when the pancake is ready, at this point toss the pancake and cook for 30 seconds on the other side, then turn out onto a serving plate.
