As vibrant and colourful as Spain herself, try this tangy, chilled gazpacho for a light lunch or refreshing starter

Method
Chop the onion, peppers, garlic and cucumber in the small chopper, (HC) of your Braun handblender. Place all the ingredients, apart from 50g of cucumber, into the Big Chopper (BC) and blend until a smooth texture. Then stir in the remaining chopped cucumber, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.Top detox tip
Tomatoes and peppers are very high in natural anti-oxidants and lycopene which help re-energise the body and fight toxins.
