This healthy dill sauce is delicious with salmon or prawns, new potatoes and sugar snap peas - it also livens up a mixed leaf salad

Ingredients

  • 100g low-fat plain Yogurt
  • 25ml white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Dill
  • 1/4 Lemons, juice only
  • 1/2 tsp wholegrain Mustard
