Spicy Cucumber Wedges

Method

 
1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into half, crosswise. Now cut each half into 4 sections lengthwise. Arrange the wedges on a plate. Sprinkle the salt, cayenne, black pepper, ground, roasted cumin seeds and lemon juice over them.

2. Serve immediately.

275g Cucumber, about 25cm
0.3 tsp Salt
0.125 tsp cayenne pepper
freshly ground black pepper
0.3 tsp ground roasted cumin seeds
0.75 lemon, juice only
