Try this sumptuous (and non alcoholic) variation on pina colada, packed with mango, passion-fruit, orange and coconut milk
Ingredients
- 1 medium Mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
- 0.25 pineapples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 passion fruit, pulp only
- 150ml chilled orange juice, or apple juice
- 50ml canned coconut milk, optional
- 4-6 ice cubes, optional
Method
1. Place the mango, pineapple, passion fruit and orange juice in the Braun Big Bowl Blender and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and then add a dash of the coconut milk to each glass and serve with a spoon or stirrer to combine.Variations
For an especially refreshing, cooling colada crush the ice cubes in the Braun ice crusher and add to the glasses.
