Add either cream cheese or mince meat to this baby-friendly tomato soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe Tomatoes, peeled and seeded
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 stalk Celery, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 tsp extra virgin Olive oil
  • 250g cream cheese, or 50g of minced meat

Method

1. Cook the tomato, potato and celery in boiling water for 20 minutes, or until tender.

2. Puree directly in the pan with the Braun Handblender.

3. Add the oil and cream cheese or meat.
