Ingredients
- 300 g Dried apricots, (Hunza) stones removed
- 100g granulated sugar
- 600 ml water
- 2 tbsp Almonds
- 4 tbsp double cream
Method
1. Combine the apricots with the sugar in a saucepan. Pour over the water and simmer until the fruit is soft and pulpy - this should take about 15 minutes.2. Leave the apricots to cool in the syrup before spooning into individual serving glasses. Serve chilled, sprinkled with almonds and drizzled with cream.
