Stewed apricots with cream (khubani ka meetha)
Method
2. Leave the apricots to cool in the syrup before spooning into individual serving glasses. Serve chilled, sprinkled with almonds and drizzled with cream.

300g dried Hunza apricots, stones removed100g granulated sugar
600ml water
2 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
4 tbsp double cream
