Serve Lesley Water's Roquefort sauce on burgers, griddled chicken or as a dip with celery and bread sticks
 

Roquefort sauce

Method

 
1. In a bowl, roughly crush the Roquefort with a fork.

2. Stir in the yogurt and season with pepper. If the yoghurt is very thick, add 1-2 teaspoons of cold water to bring the sauce to dipping consistency.
