Lemonade with sweet geranium and lemon balm leaves
Method
2. Add the geranium leaves and lemon balm and boil for 2 minutes; leave to cool.
3. Stir the lemon and orange juice together and add the stock syrup and water. Chill until ready to serve.

I would also like to know so far I have been told three of the following: Pelargonium graveolens (there are 200 species), pelargonium citriodorum and also pelargonium citronella. If you could clarify exactly so that I can order that would be great.

hi i love to cook with flowers i use alot in salads and sauces. Just wondered if you could be a bit more specific as to what is a sweet geranuim, i have several varieties but not sure which is which.

450g caster sugar600ml water
5 sweet geranium leaves
3-4 lemon balm leaves
For the lemonade
4 Lemons, juice only2 oranges, juice only
1.5 litres water
