200g Feta cheese, cut into thin slices
8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp basil leaves, freshly torn
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
110g mixed salad leaves
200ml half-fat crème fraîche
a little Paprika
salt and fresh ground black pepper
