Noodle salad with celery and sesame seeds

For a fast, delicious accompaniment to South East Asian meals, try Bill Granger's light and crunchy noodle dish
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 80ml dark Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 200g egg noodles, boiled according to manufacturer’s instructions, drained and refreshed under cold water
- 4 Spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
Method
1. Place the sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl and stir to combine.2. Tip the noodles into a large bowl, and add about half the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
3. Arrange the noodles on a serving platter, and scatter the celery and spring onions on top. Pour over any remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
