Noodle salad with celery and sesame seeds

Method

 
1. Place the sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl and stir to combine.

2. Tip the noodles into a large bowl, and add about half the dressing. Toss gently to combine.

3. Arrange the noodles on a serving platter, and scatter the celery and spring onions on top. Pour over any remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Sesame oil
80ml dark Soy sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
200g egg noodles, boiled according to manufacturer’s instructions, drained and refreshed under cold water
4 Spring onions, finely sliced
2 celery sticks, finely shredded
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
