Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 large pinch caster sugar, or to taste
- 1 lime, juice only
- 30ml Cognac
- 15ml Limoncello liqueur
- ice cold sparkling water, to top up
Method
1. Bruise the mint leaves in a highball glass with the sugar and lime juice.2. Half-fill the glass with crushed ice and pour over the cognac and limoncello. Top up with sparkling water, stir to mix, and serve.
