Ingredients
- 20 scones, miniature
- 150ml Mascarpone
- 1 punnet of Strawberries
- 50g icing sugar
Method
1. Using your favourite scone recipe, bake tiny, bite-sized scones.2. When cool, split and fill each one with a generous layer of mascarpone and a thick slice of strawberry that fits the size of the scone.
3. Dust with plenty of icing sugar and serve.
