Miniature scones with mascarpone and strawberries

Method

 
1. Using your favourite scone recipe, bake tiny, bite-sized scones.

2. When cool, split and fill each one with a generous layer of mascarpone and a thick slice of strawberry that fits the size of the scone.

3. Dust with plenty of icing sugar and serve.
