Ingredients

1 chilled Camembert, round, ripe unpasteurised Normandy Camembert, 250g
2 tbsp crème fraîche, rounded

For the salad

1 medium Cox's apples, 110g
1 tbsp dry cider, (plus extra if the Camembert isn't quite ripe)
1 cos lettuce
25g rocket leaves

For the garlic croutons

50g bread, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
