Wild Berry Smoothie

Method

 
1. Place the assorted berries, banana and orange juice in a blender and blend.

2. Add the yogurt, vanilla flavouring, honey and lime juice and blend again.

2. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve chilled.

Ingredients

2 handfuls mixed berries, (blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants)
1 ripe banana, broken into chunks
500ml orange juice
400 medium natural yogurt, set
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
1 tsp Honey
1 squeeze fresh lime juice
