Masala chai (Indian breakfast drink)
Method
1. Pour the water into a saucepan with the cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and bring to the boil.
2. Add the tea and milk and return to the boil.
3. Strain and add the sugar. Serve hot.

Ingredients
550ml water3 whole whole cloves
1 medium stick of cinnamon, about 5-7.5cm
4 cardamom pods, cracked open
65ml black tea
550ml Milk
4 tbsp Sugar
