175g rindless streaky bacon225g French garlic sausage, in one piece
110g Mushrooms, small open-cup
75g Roquefort cheese, or other cheese
2 ripe avocados
1 round lettuce, outer leaves removed
1 cos lettuce, outer leaves removed
50g Watercress, stalks removed
50g Rocket, stalks removed
4 Spring onions, finely chopped
For the dressing
150ml Soured cream1 clove Garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tbsp good mayonnaise
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt and fresh ground black pepper
