For a gloriously indulgent treat try Wayne Collins's delicious cocktail, inspired by Italian tiramisu
Ingredients
- 50ml Cognac
- 25 ml coffee liqueur
- 25 ml chocolate liqueur
- 50ml single cream
- 2 tbsp Mascarpone
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 2 ice cubes, for shaking
Method
Place the Cognac, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur, cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly.Double-strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with dark cocoa powder and sponge fingers drizzled with vanilla syrup.
