Orange, chocolate and vanilla flavours combine to make this wonderful comfort drink by Wayne Collins

Ingredients
- 1 marshmallows
- 1 shot orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 150ml double cream
- 1 tbsp drinking chocolate
- 150ml Milk
- 0.25 tin sifted Cocoa powder
Method
1. Make vanilla cream by combining the vanilla syrup and double cream.2. Make up the hot chocolate by heating the milk in a saucepan on the hob and stirring the hot chocolate powder into the milk.
3. Place the marshmallow and orange liqueur a latté glass or heatpoof mug. Top with hot chocolate and float the vanilla cream on the hot chocolate. Dust with cocoa and serve immediately.
