Baked vacherin with white wine

For a simple yet stunning supper, James Martin creates a glorious melting moment with this oven baked oooey-gooey Vacherin Mont D`Or
Ingredients
- 500g Vacherin, ideally Vacherin Mont D'Or
- 120ml fruity White wine
Method
1. Set the oven to 180°C/gas 4. Wrap the Vacherin in foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes.2. Remove the foil and lid and carefully cut around the top of the cheese to reveal the melted cheese underneath. Mix in a little white wine and serve immediately.
