Ditch the creme fraiche or ice cream, just give it a good dollop of clotted cream - yummy!

So simple to make and really delicious! Prefer creme fraiche with it instead of ice cream as the sourness cuts the sweetness of the pudding.

Fanatastic pudding. Everyone goes away wanting the recipe. My boys have chose n this to have as a secondary Christmas dinner dessert. It has become a firm family favourite.
