Pappardelle con salsiccia (pappardelle with Italian sausage)

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and gently fry the onion until soft. Add in the sausage chunks and fry until cooked through.2. Add the walnuts, chilli, sun-dried tomato and parsley.
Season with salt and cook for a further two minutes.
3. In the meantime, cook the pappardelle in a large pan of salted boiling water until al dente, drain and place into the sauce. Mix well and serve immediately with shaved Parmesan on top.
