Ingredients

  • 190ml Japanese Soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice, strained
  • 3 tbsp fresh orange juice, strained

Method

1. Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice and orange juice together in a glass jar.

2. Shake well and refrigerate. This keeps for up to four weeks. Try with barber pole sushi by Tracy Griffith.
