Pisco liqueur, made with muscatel grapes adds a fruity flavour to Wayne Collins' cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves, bruised
  • 1 slice Lemons
  • 1 slice Oranges
  • 1 shot pineapple juice
  • 2 shots White wine, Chilean
  • 1.5 shots pisco liqueur
  • 0.5 shot orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 1 sprig green seedless grapes

Method

1. Place the cloves, lemon wedge, orange wedge, pineapple juice, white wine, Pisco, orange liqueur and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

2. Strain into a large wine goblet filled with ice. Garnish with the sprig of grapes and serve.
