Pisco liqueur, made with muscatel grapes adds a fruity flavour to Wayne Collins' cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 Cloves, bruised
- 1 slice Lemons
- 1 slice Oranges
- 1 shot pineapple juice
- 2 shots White wine, Chilean
- 1.5 shots pisco liqueur
- 0.5 shot orange liqueur
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 sprig green seedless grapes
Method
1. Place the cloves, lemon wedge, orange wedge, pineapple juice, white wine, Pisco, orange liqueur and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake well.2. Strain into a large wine goblet filled with ice. Garnish with the sprig of grapes and serve.
