Method

1. Mix together the wholewheat flour, white flour, salt, yeast and water in a bowl until the mixture forms a dough.

2. Knead the dough for five minutes.

3. Place the dough back in the bowl and set aside for ten minutes.

4. Divide the dough into ten pieces and shape each piece into a ball.

5. Place a piece of Stilton and one tablespoon of walnuts in the middle of each ball.

6. Seal the dough in a parcel and roll each one out to 23cm in diameter.

7. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan.

8. Fry each naan on both sides, removing each fried naan and keeping warm. Serve at once.
