Method

1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and fry the pork strips.

2. Add the garlic, spring onions, chilli and ginger. Continue to cook.

3. Stir in the sesame seeds and half of the spinach. Stir-fry for another minute or so and then add the soy sauce and sesame oil.

4. Turn the remaining uncooked spinach through the stir-fry and serve immediately with steamed brown rice.
