Honey and mustard burger

Add a touch of luxury to your burger with a delicious, home-made mustard-flavoured mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 beef, burger
- 1 burger buns, sliced in half
- 1 pinch Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 red Onions, chopped
- 1 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 gherkin
- 0.25 iceberg Lettuce, shredded
For the honey & mustard mayonnaise
Method
1. First make the honey & mustard mayonnaise. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and slowly whisk in the vegetable oil.2. Then whisk in the honey, followed by the mustard and vinegar and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. Cook the burger to taste and put it on one half of the burger bun. Layer over the Emmental cheese, red onion, tomato, gherkin and lettuce. Smear the mayonnaise on the other half of the burger bun, put it on top of the other half and serve at once.
