Method

1. Place the flour in a bowl with the salt, sugar, butter and yeast. Add the water slowly and begin to mix by hand, until the dough is pliable.

2. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for 4-7 minutes. Return the dough to the bowl and set aside to rest for 1 hour.

3. Mix the chocolate chips and blackberries into the dough. Divide the dough into 2 even portions. Shape each portion into a ball and flatten with your hand. Sprinkle the loaves with flour, then score the top with a knife and place onto a lined baking sheet to rise for another hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 220ºC/gas 7 and bake for 25 minutes.
