Method

 
1. Fill a highball glass with ice and squeeze the lime wedge over. Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir.

2. Top up with ginger ale and garnish with mint, to serve.

2 tsp elderflower cordial
35ml whisky, Scottish
1 tbsp apple, juice, fresh
3 ice cubes
150ml Ginger, ale, to serve
4 fresh mint leaves, to garnish
