  • 1 passion fruit, halved and pulp removed
  • 1 Lemons, wedge
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml vermouth
  • 3 ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Double strain into a Martini glass and decorate with the passion fruit slice.
